Non-Invasive Optical Section for Gems measures the thickness and quality of delicate pearls with 1.3 micron infrared light of power as low as 1 miliwatt, making the imaging operation absolutely non-invasive to both operators and pearls. Its design idea comes from that pearl is packed in shell. Symmetrical arms uphols lens and cover the pearl inside. It creates good man-machine interface with the integration of new operating method, beautiful lines and color.
