Japanese artist, Washio Tomoyuki, is renowned for his meaningful illustrations and rich layered graffiti. Conducted over 100 press interviews, and has exhibited in Berlin's Adidas Flagship Store and 55DSL Gallery in Tokyo. Washio is a talent that you cannot miss.
本次展出主题之ㄧ的"SCREAM DOLL"怪兽娃娃，系由Washio自名古屋空运来沪、仅有五套限量制作的纯手工玩具精品，是千载难逢的入手机会!
另配合Washio个展展出，DA>SPACE特别企划制作了200套限定精装版明信片套组及Washio最新人物插画Tee，提供给喜爱潮流艺术的朋友们留作纪念与收藏!
One of this exhibition's subject pieces is Washio's handmade "SCREAM Doll". Flew in from Nagoya, and limited to only 5 pieces. 第二张脸的创意
设计师总是随时找寻灵感，寻找一些新鲜或有意义的创意来反映他们人生不同的阶段。一些艺术家从他们的日常生活周遭获取灵感，有些则从他们生命里具有冲击力的事件中所得到深刻经验取得。这些事件足以改变人生，有时甚至足以帮助这些艺术家找到全新的创作道路。
Designers look for inspirations all the time, in order to come up with fresh ideas or meaningful creations to reflect different phases in their lives. Some artists get inspired by their surroundings on a daily basis, while some got deeply inspired by impacting occurrences in their lives. These occurrences can be so life-changing; it can sometimes help an artist enter another phase of his or her creative path.
虽然说好设计始终是好设计，但是有时理解更多关于作品背后的故事，可以让我们更加欣赏这些好设计。
While good art will always be good art, sometimes knowing more about the stories behind the art will allow us to increase the appreciation of the designs.
来自日本名古屋的艺术家鹫尾友公，从他几年前一场非常严重的车祸中得到了创作新生命。这场车祸严重到几乎夺取了他的双腿，而他的新灵感则从他的复建过程中产生；他发展出一些在下半身有着第二张脸孔的人物造型设计，这些长在下半身的「第二张脸」映射了在面临了失去双腿的恐惧与复建痛苦的过程中，他企图带给自己一个正面和有建设性的积极态度，来面对那些在生命中险恶事件里的日子。
Nagoya artist Washio Tomoyuki entered a new phase when he got into a horrific accident several years ago. This accident almost caused him his pair of legs. His inspiration came from the rehabilitation period. He came up with the theme of characters having a second face on the lower part of the bodies. The second face reflected the mediations and positive thinking that was needed during the time of that very life threatening incident.
鹫尾的作品充满了抽象元素与缤纷的色彩。他陆续与Centrarizm Skateboard, adidas及 Spanky等不同客户及单位合作，同时也为日本许多不同的俱乐部进行明信片的设计；在许多展览活动中，以近期在德国柏林adidas旗舰店与日本55DSL商店的成功展出，进而受到外界的广泛回响与关注。
Washio's art is very colorful, and abstract. His portfolio includes design work for Centrarizm Skateboard, adidas, and Spanky. He also designed a lot posters for different clubs in Japan. Washio also exhibited in the flagship store of Adidas in Berlin, and 55DSL in Tokyo.
