2026国际自然资源和规划大会 （ICNRP2026） 将于 2026 年3月在香港大学举办。大会旨在搭建一个跨学科互动平台，汇聚自然资源管理、城市转型发展、建筑与文化遗产保护等多个领域的专家学者，为人类共同未来建言献策，助力构建社会与自然和谐共生的可持续发展关系。

The 2026 International Congress on Natural Resources and Planning (ICNRP 2026) will be held at The University of Hong Kong in March 2026. This congress aims to build an interdisciplinary interactive platform, bringing together experts and scholars from multiple fields such as natural resource management, urban transformation and development, and architecture and cultural heritage conservation, to offer insights and suggestions for the shared future of humanity, and facilitate the construction of a sustainable development relationship featuring harmonious coexistence between society and nature.

为更好地展现大会核心价值与学术魅力，丰富大会视觉传播体系，现公开征集大会海报设计作品，诚邀各界设计力量踊跃参与，用创意视觉语言诠释大会精神。

To better showcase the core values and academic appeal of the congress, enrich its visual communication system, we now publicly solicit poster design works for the congress. We sincerely invite design talents from all sectors to participate actively and interpret the spirit of the congress with creative visual language.

征集内容
Submission Content

2026国际自然资源和规划大会主视觉设计（含大会宣传海报、重要嘉宾海报），及 延展设计、会议手册、手提袋等（可选择 ） 。

Key visual design for ICNRP 202 (including promotional posters, VIP guest posters) ,and the extended design of the conference,brochures, tote bags and other item s (optional).

征集范围
Entry Eligibility

海内外专业设计机构、艺术院校师生、专业设计人士及广大设计爱好者，以个人或团体名义应征均可（同一主体提交作品数量最多3 组）。

Professional design institutions at home and abroad, teachers and students of art colleges and universities, professional designers, and general design enthusiasts are all welcome to participate, either as individuals or groups.(Each participant or entity may submit a maximum of3 sets of works.)

1.契合大会主题“自然资源、都市未来与建筑传承”。参考创意方向：应对全球气候变化、城市转型和绿色发展、自然资源可持续利用、人与自然和谐共生、建筑与文化遗产保护等。

1.Works must closely align with the conference core theme

"Natural Resources, Urban Future, and Architectural Heritage". Creative directions may draw on key topics including global climate change response, urban transformation and green development, sustainable utilization of natural resources, harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and protection of architecture and cultural heritage.

2.表现形式不限，支持动态海报。每组作品需至少包含1 幅横版（建议比例16:9 或4:3，主视觉设计必须用横版）和1 幅竖版（建议比例3:4 或 2:3）设计方案，以满足不同场景传播需求。

2.There is no restriction on the presentation form of works, and dynamic posters are welcome. Each set of works must include at least one horizontal layout design (recommended aspect ratio 16:9 or 4:3; the key visual design must adopt a horizontal layout) and one vertical layout design (recommended aspect ratio 3:4 or 2:3), so as to meet the communication needs of different scenarios.

3.The following core information must be clearly displayed in the works, with specific reference to the official conference website and conference documents:

Conference Name: the 2026 International Congress on Natural Resources and Planning (English)

4.提交文件格式：静态作品限 JPG、 PNG格式，动态作品限GIF 格式，像素不低于300dpi，单文件大小不超过15M 。

需同步提供作品源文件（PSD 格式，含分层图层、字体文件及相关素材），源文件大小可适当放宽。

作品需保证画面清晰，色彩准确，无模糊、变形、水印等问题。

4.Submission format: Static works are limited to JPG/PNG formats; dynamic works are limited to GIF format. The resolution shall not be less than 300 DPI, and the size of a single file shall not exceed 15MB.

Source files: Corresponding source files must be submitted simultaneously (in PSD format, including layered files, font files, and related materials). The size limit for source files may be appropriately relaxed.

Quality standards: Works must ensure clear images, accurate colors, and be free from blurriness, distortion, watermarks, or other defects.

5.作品需有设计说明（300字内，填在报名登记表中）。

5.A design description (within 300 words) must be provided for each set of works and filled in the application form.

6.知识产权要求：应征作品必须为原创作品，未侵犯任何第三方的知识产权及其他合法权益，未在国内外任何公开会议、活动、媒体平台发表或使用过。若涉及侵权纠纷，由应征者自行承担全部法律责任。入选及获奖作品的著作权将无偿转让给大会主办方，主办方享有包括但不限于展览展示、媒体宣传等相关权利，原作者保留署名权。

6.Intellectual Property Requirements:All submitted works must be original, not infringing upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests, and must not have been published or used in any public conferences, events, or media platforms at home or abroad. If an infringement dispute arises, the submitter shall bear full legal responsibility independently.The copyright of selected and award-winning works will be transferred to the conference organizer free of charge. The organizer shall have the right to use the works for purposes including but not limited to exhibition, media promotion, and other relevant activities. The original author retains the right of attribution.

7.用 AI生成的作品需在应征报名表中明确标记。

评选及奖励
Evaluation & Awards

1.主办方将组织由行业专家组织评审，从主题契合度、创意创新性、艺术表现力、传播适用性等维度进行综合评审。评审结果将通过大会官网、微信公众号（园冶杯组委会）等平台公示。

1.The organizer will set up a review panel composed of industry experts to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted works from the dimensions oftheme relevance, creativity and innovation, artistic expression, and communication applicability. The evaluation results will be publicly announced via the official conference website, WeChat Official Account (id: yuanyeawards) and other platforms.

2.评出一等奖1组、二等奖3组、三等奖5组、优秀奖若干名，获奖作品将由国际自然资源学会颁发证书。获奖设计师可登记为国际自然资源学会个人会员（减免一年会费），2026 国际自然资源和规划大会注册费享受六折优惠。

2.One group of works will be awarded the First Prize, three groups the Second Prize, and five groups the Third Prize, with a number of Merit Awards also to be granted. Both the winning participants and their advisors will be presented with certificates issued by the International Association of Natural Resources (iAONR). They will also be eligible to register as individual members of iAONR, with a one-year membership fee waiver. In addition, they will enjoy a 40% discount on the registration fee for ICNRP 2026.

1.完整填写《应征报名表》（见附件 1）。

3.个人应征提供身份证复印件，团体应征提供相关证明文件复印件。

4. 将所有材料整理为压缩包，发送至指定邮箱： office@yuanyeawards.com 。邮件标题统一格式为“ 2026ICNRP海报征集 +应征主体名称”。
