国际创新设计与教育论坛，是由南京理工大学设计艺术与传媒学院发起并承办的一个国际性设计与教育盛会。自2007年以来，每两年举行一次，得到了国内外院校及专家同行的积极支持和参与。
2011国际创新设计与教育论坛以“创新让生活更美好”为主题，旨在为海内外设计专家学者学术研讨、实践切磋、思想碰撞、信息共享提供交流与合作途径，促进长三角地区文化创意与设计产业发展，打造“南京创造”的创新设计会展平台。
论坛设定了“低碳生活”、“科技与时尚”、“设计中产学研互动”、“设计教育与创新”、“设计产业与管理”、“设计国际化与地域文化”、“设计理论与实践”、 “设计理论与设计方法”、“长三角地区设计产业发展与相关规划”等多个议题，集中反映国内外有关当代设计艺术现状及其生存与发展的思考，通过多种形式的交流和探讨，交流创新设计方法，探索创造突破性产品的有效途径；设计和思维创新，推动区域文化创意产业与经济的发展。
